You meet many people during your life, whether it is a family member or someone you barely know. These people are your choices to be in your foxhole. The term "Foxhole" comes from war, it is a hole in the ground used by troops as a shelter against enemy fire or as a firing point. The people you want in your foxhole are the ones who are willing to do anything for the person next to them...which brings me to the Foxhole Guy. The Foxhole Guy is somebody you generally trust or would rely upon. If you were in a foxhole, taking grenades, you would want this person to be with you.

Examples of Foxhole Guys:
-Mel Gibson as William Wallace in Braveheart
-Forest Gump in Forest Gump
-Rocky Balboa in Rocky, Rocky II, Rocky III, Rocky IV, Rocky V, Rocky Balboa, and Creed
-The guy that gives you a beer when you run out.
Examples of NOT Foxhole Guys:
-The co-worker that rats on you for taking a 2 hour lunch.
-The kid who tattled on you for cutting him in line, when you were in preschool.
-The Elder who takes your booze away, because you aren't 21.
-The guy who swings for the fences in beer league softball, but is obviously not strong enough to hit a homerun, so he ends up popping up every time.
